Platform Engineer and Software QA Specialist

I execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing for cloud-native, microservices-based applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes. I lead quality activities for internal applications and automation initiatives, serving as a primary quality owner across cross-functional delivery teams.

I design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test suites aligned with ISTQB CTFL v4.0 practices. I document and track defects through resolution, collaborate with developers and infrastructure engineers to validate fixes, and strengthen release readiness and traceability.

I maintain enterprise RPA platform infrastructure and support high availability and security compliance. I configure GCP IAM roles and access, manage production and non-production environment parameters, and provide tier-3 support for workflow integrations, API connections, and root-cause analysis.

I analyzed, designed, and delivered an automated Accounts Receivable module for the Finance department, improving workflow efficiency.

I contributed within an Agile/Scrum environment through iterative sprints and backlog management. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve software functionality and user experience.
