Senior Cloud Engineer

I implement and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including Azure DevOps Server for CI/CD pipelines. I apply RBAC and SSL certificate configurations to improve infrastructure security and enforce access-control practices.

I develop cloud cost estimates and optimize Azure spending through resource right-sizing, monitoring, and removal of unused workloads. I also deploy highly available enterprise applications to support reliability and minimize downtime.

For the New Murabba project in Riyadh, I designed and deployed OCI staging and highly available production environments. The environments included 8 staging virtual machines and 16 production virtual machines across multiple application tiers, with VCNs, subnets, route tables, security lists, gateways, and compute instances.

I designed and deployed Azure infrastructure for development teams, implemented RBAC and SSL certificates, and optimized Azure subscription costs through monitoring and strategic recommendations.

I provided technical support for application, infrastructure, and service issues, collaborating with developers to troubleshoot applications and identify root causes. My responsibilities also included database queries, view creation, and resolution of database performance and connectivity issues.

As an ArcGIS Enterprise System Administrator for Diriyah Company, I administered production GIS services, managed installation, configuration, upgrades, security, SSL certificates, and user access, and monitored system health and availability.

I converted and processed diverse geospatial datasets to ensure data accuracy and compatibility across platforms.

I managed and integrated raster datasets, tabular data, and Excel sheets for spatial analysis and reporting. I also developed and optimized automation scripts to streamline repetitive GIS tasks and improve data-processing efficiency.
