Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By signing up to be an affiliate in the Jobicy Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please ensure that you read them carefully before signing up. These Terms are a legal agreement between Jobicy, a company operating the website jobicy.com, and You (the “Affiliate”, “you”).

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice. Any amendments, modifications, enhancements, or changes to the Program, including the release of new features and resources made available by us from time to time, shall be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Account Registration & Terms

  1. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested to complete the sign-up process for an Affiliate account (“account”).
  2. You must be 18 years of age or older to join this Program.
  3. Each account is for use by either a single legal entity or an individual user. Sharing of user names and passwords with any other person or multiple users on a network is not permitted.
  4. You may not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all laws in your jurisdiction.

Referral Links & Promotion

  1. Upon signing up for the Program, you will be provided with a URL link that must be used to identify you when placing a link from your site, email, or other communications to the Jobicy website.
  2. You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site.
  3. The use of paid advertising or spamming is strictly prohibited. Affiliate cookie span is 60 days.

Referral Fees

  1. We offer a 20% commission on each sale you bring to us for the following services:
    • Job posting: One Job, «Three Jobs» package and «Five Jobs» package.
    • CV posting: “Boost CV”.
  2. The referral fee is calculated as 20% of the revenue generated from each sale of these one-time services.
  3. The referral fee will be credited to your Affiliate account once the customer completes their purchase. Referral fees are only earned on fully completed and paid transactions.
  4. Our system automatically tracks and reports links for referral. For our systems to track the referral, the visitor must have cookies enabled. We will not pay referral fees if a sale is not tracked by our system.

Payment

  1. Payments are verified 30 days after a client brought by a referrer makes their purchase. Verified commissions are paid once a month to PayPal. There is no minimum amount. If PayPal is not available in your country, please contact us for alternative payment methods.
  2. A summary of sign-ups and statement of referral fees is available to the Affiliate by logging into their Affiliate account.

Customer Definition

Every customer who buys a service through this program is deemed to be a customer of Jobicy. Accordingly, all of our rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and services sales will apply to those customers.

Term of the Agreement and Program

  1. The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and will end when terminated by either party.
  2. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination.
  3. Upon termination, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to the Jobicy website and all our materials provided under the Program.

Relationship of Parties

You and we are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

Limitations of Liability

Jobicy excludes all liability for any loss or damage that may result to you or a third party in connection with this Program, except as cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Jobicy is registered. Disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
