Network Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document customer-reported network issues via phone and/or e-mail
• Recreate customer-reported complex issues in the lab and develop solutions
• Analyzing the packet captures with Wireshark/tcpdump to identify anomalies and find solutions
• Collaborate with escalation and development teams to find a workaround or root cause, solutions and
document necessary information
Accomplishment: As a network engineer I designed, deployed, and managed computer networks,
ensuring efficient data transfer. I worked with routers, switches, and security measures to optimize
network performance and maintain security. My role is crucial for smooth operations in organizations,
supporting communication and data flow.

Responsibilities:
• Understood the concept of IPV4 Addresses and Subnetting.
• Detailed knowledge of OSI layer and TCP/IP layer models.
• Maintaining and administering networks and related computing environments including software,
hardware, and tools.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system
problems.
• Knowledge & experience of internet and IP networks, Routing, Switching, DNS and DHCP.
• Detailed knowledge of Communication protocols like TCP and UDP.
• Detailed knowledge of switching technology like STP, Inter VLAN routing, and ARP.
• Hands-on experience with lab environments and network equipment tests.
Accomplishment: Proficient in network engineering with expertise in IP addressing, subnetting, and OSI/
TCP/IP models. Skilled in administering, troubleshooting, and managing internet and IP networks.
Proficiency in communication protocols and switching technologies enhances network performance.
