Performance and Software Quality Assurance Specialist

My main objective as a QA professional is to ensure the quality of the developed software by applying the most appropriate techniques in each case to deliver reliable software. Currently, I work at SOGETI, where I focus on test automation and performance testing for an online bank. My responsibilities include creating performance tests using Tricentis Neoload, executing and analyzing these tests, generating reports, automating tests with BDD, performing regression analysis, creating and correcting automated tests, managing bugs throughout their lifecycle, and certifying requirements.

From the end of 2019 until early 2022, I worked as a QA Engineer at StratioBD, where I contributed to the corrective and evolutionary development of a corporate search engine for a large e-commerce platform. My role involved API test automation with Karate, manual test design and execution using IBM RQM, performance testing with Gatling, and bug tracking.

Between 2011 and 2019, I served as a QA Engineer and OpenText product consultant at VILT, focusing on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) for SELAE, the State Society of State Lotteries and Gambling. I was responsible for end-to-end automation using Minium (Selenium + JQuery), manual test planning with TestLink, regression and smoke testing with Jenkins, defect management with Redmine, and requirements management with JIRA.

I hold certifications including ISTQB Foundation Level and ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager. My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Graphics, Games, and Virtual Reality from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and studies in Computer Science at Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. I am proficient in English at a B2.1 level certified by the Official School of Languages of the Community of Madrid.

I am passionate about quality assurance and continuously improving my skills to contribute effectively to software development teams. I am experienced in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and familiar with various tools and technologies including Java, AWS, Postman, Git, Bitbucket, Docker, Linux, and more. I am committed to delivering high-quality software products that meet and exceed client expectations.
