Software Engineer

My programming education started 24 years ago with Pascal, and already back then I learned how beautiful code can be. In addition to that, I was and still am thrilled to understand the boundaries between the real world and computer interface. The main drivers in my work are requirement gathering and understanding the problem domain to derive highly structured and modularized solution space. Issues and challenges of UX and HCI are at top of my focus and never become really finally answered or obsolete, but always stay current.
Through the education and professional experience, I learned how modularization and structuring of soware in time of spaghetti programming delivered efficiency. I felt what paradigm shi it takes to adopt OOP, how alien are different Problem domains with their own languages and even internal dialects. Especially, how different our understanding can be compared to the rest of the world. Such experiences humbled me and taught the importance of communication tools and techniques.
Another aspect of my interests is communication with code. Understanding language, the idea behind, its weaknesses and strengths. Through my career, I have been introduced to different technology stacks. My modeling skills are spiced with flavors of many programming ideologies, and optimized through appliance of various soware design paradigms and principles. I have to pay special respect 1 to the DDD framework, which I consider a beautiful summary of engineering sufferings in business rule rich problem domains and solutions to them, accumulated and curated across a long time.
As a full-stack developer with substantial experience in startups, I had the opportunity to tackle issues across various verticals. Such experience enabled me to identify topics in which I want to specialize. For me, on the coding side, it is unquestionably work on multiplatform UI/UX with Dart language and diving deep into Flutter framework. This is because of Developer Experience and the fact that we finally have UI/UX concerns as first language citizens, which brings us a step closer to the holy grail of soware development, esp. on frontend – reusability.
Today, my dream is to find people who are sharing similar principles, values, and passion as I am. To be surrounded by curious and open community, to have someone to learn from and someone to teach, as both are part of the same algorithm in battle for knowledge.
