I am David Bruning, a dedicated finance professional with a strong background in accounts payable and financial analysis. Over the years, I have developed excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills while managing invoices and vendor relations in fast-paced environments. I am passionate about improving workflow efficiency and ensuring accurate financial operations.

My recent experience includes working as a Senior Accounts Payable Employee at Amsterdam UMC, where I oversaw accounts payable operations, managed vendor relationships, and supported month-end closing activities. Prior to that, I gained valuable insights during my finance internship at Ennia B.V. in Aruba, where I participated in investment forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and data analysis using Excel and MS Power BI.

I took a sabbatical from July 2022 to June 2023 to travel across South America, which enriched my cultural understanding and helped me improve my Spanish and Portuguese language skills. This experience enhanced my communication abilities and adaptability in diverse environments.

In addition to my finance roles, I have worked part-time as a Delivery Specialist at DUO Logistic, where I honed my multitasking and prioritization skills under pressure. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Sales/Finance Employee at Ziggo Corporate, assisting in sales budget creation and accounts payable recalculations.

I am proficient in MS Word, Excel, Oracle, and have basic knowledge of MS Power BI. I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences to contribute effectively to financial teams and continue growing professionally in the finance sector.
