Participated in development of a factoring platform for Kazakhstan, aimed at closing SME cash flow gaps: defined product architecture and monetization options; integrated existing FCB services (credit scoring, legal verification, debtor registry), designed UX for onboarding, offer matching, and deal execution.

Designed and launched a speech-to-report AI assistant for medical professionals using ASR + LLM. Implemented a RAG architecture for better factual accuracy. Built a template management system for reusable medical reporting patterns (by specialty and context). Developed model routing service to dynamically send simple prompts to lightweight models and complex ones. Worked with engineering to optimize inference time, reducing latency without compromising accuracy.

Delivered AI-based CT analysis for stroke detection (ASPECTS, ICH), integrated with hospital PACS via DICOM. Participated in Microsoft Founders Hub and Google Accelerator, representing product in investor and partner demos. Led regulatory preparation for FDA submission in the U.S. Drove localization for U.S., Saudi Arabia, and Kazakhstan, adapting product logic, UX, and compliance flows to fit local regulatory and clinical needs.
