Architect

I am an architect with a hybrid profile combining architectural design expertise and strong graphic design skills. I have experience in developing architectural concepts, producing precise working drawings, and creating 3D models. I also deliver high-quality visual presentations and brand-aligned materials. I am proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, and some Adobe Creative Suite programs, with the ability to translate complex architectural ideas into clear, visually compelling narratives.

I am skilled in facade design, space planning, and material selection, with a solid understanding of construction systems and building regulations. I bring a design-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across disciplines bridging architecture, visualization, and graphic communication.

I am an effective collaborator with engineers, designers, and clients, capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and enhancing the overall quality and clarity of architectural projects through thoughtful visual communication.

Currently, I work as a Junior Architect at RID LLC [Rutsog Invest] in Yerevan, Armenia, where I assist with architectural planning, update plans and documentation based on feedback, prepare architectural documentation and layouts, conduct research, support development tasks, and perform graphic design as needed using CAD/BIM tools.

Additionally, I work as a Freelance Architect focusing on residential architecture planning from scratch, including work projects, plans, elevations, and sections. I manage masterplans and revise plans according to feedback to ensure project success.

I am committed to continuous learning and currently pursuing a Master of Architecture degree at the European University of Armenia, building on my Bachelor of Architecture from the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia.
