Associate Data Analyst & Engineer

I am currently a Computer Engineering student in the final two periods at Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías. I am passionate about software development, data engineering, and web technologies. Throughout my studies and internships, I have developed skills in both software development and basic automation/QA practices. I am highly adaptable, eager to learn, and thrive in team environments. I enjoy working collaboratively and am always looking to improve my technical and soft skills.

My technical expertise includes programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, and Bash scripting. I have experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, React.js, Redux, and TypeScript. I am also proficient with databases and SQL, having worked with PostgreSQL, XAMPP, UniServer, and phpMyAdmin, and have hands-on experience with ETL processes. Additionally, I am comfortable working with operating systems and tools like Ubuntu Terminal, Git, GitHub, Visual Studio, and command line tools.

During my internship at Intela México, I worked on the Front-End team using React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. I utilized Git and GitHub for version control and Linear for task management. My responsibilities included integrating visual, logical, and structural changes into employee-management applications. This experience helped me to apply my academic knowledge in a practical environment and develop my teamwork and communication skills.

I have completed several certifications related to SQL and data engineering, including Intermediate SQL, Understanding Data Engineering, Introduction to Data Engineering, and Introduction to Data Analytics. These courses have enhanced my understanding of data flow, ETL processes, and analytical techniques, preparing me for roles in data engineering and analytics.

In addition to my technical skills, I have developed soft skills such as leadership, problem-solving, assertive communication, teamwork, adaptability, initiative, cooperation, and attention to detail. I am also a sports enthusiast, which helps me maintain a balanced and disciplined lifestyle.

One of my notable projects is the Documents Automation Bot, a Python script that automates searching, capturing, and inserting Google Maps coordinates into Word reports. This project automated over 2000 processes using Python, Selenium WebDriver, python-docx, and data cleaning techniques with Regex. This project demonstrates my ability to develop practical automation solutions that improve efficiency.

I am excited to continue growing my skills and contribute to innovative projects in software development and data engineering. I am open to opportunities that allow me to apply my knowledge, learn new technologies, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
