Led requirements gathering and translated business needs into ERD and FRS documentation for transaction system. Built rule-based fee and VAT calculation logic handling multiple exception scenarios for accurate billing. Optimized PDF reporting by replacing FastReports with QuestPDF, improving report generation efficiency. Enhanced user and role management features to support secure multi-user system access. Conducted user acceptance testing with stakeholders, identifying issues and refining system functionality before release.
