Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to support complex projects and ensure their successful completion. One of my notable achievements includes facilitating the successful turnaround of the SAMP implementation at Tecnológico de Monterrey after two prior failed attempts by bridging communication between users and developers, aligning implementation strategies, and ensuring migration continuity.

My professional journey began as a Support Engineer at Softtek, where I provided specialized technical support for Java and PL/SQL applications and managed Oracle databases. This role helped me develop a solid technical foundation and an analytical approach to improving business processes. Later, I transitioned to Tecnológico de Monterrey, where I took on roles with increasing responsibility, including Support Professional and CRM Implementation Analyst, Development Team Coordinator, IT Project Coordinator, and most recently, Test Engineer.

In these roles, I have coordinated development teams, managed vendor relationships, and overseen project tracking and status reporting. I have also been deeply involved in process analysis, UML-based process diagramming, and mapping BPM workflows to CRM systems. My experience includes requirements gathering, prototyping, technical documentation, and user manual development for transactional web applications.
