I am a logistics professional with 20 years of experience working across various sectors including agriculture, wholesale, retail, industry, import/export, call centers, and ecological waste disposal. Throughout my career, I have managed large distribution centers focusing on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. I am responsible for generating reports, KPIs, and performance indicators to monitor service levels for internal and external clients, service providers, and suppliers.

I support business areas by optimizing new projects aimed at increasing productivity and operational profitability. I have extensive experience in import and export of fruits via road, air, and sea transport, focusing on operations for Europe, the USA, and Asia, including currency negotiation in USD and EUR. I have developed financial and administrative controls for storage, distribution, fleet management, and maintenance/contracts.

I conduct visits to new clients to diagnose and develop projects for layout improvements, disposal of unsuitable items, and reorganization of reverse logistics planning, including supplier prospecting for disposal of unproductive items. I have been a key user in the development and upgrading of supply and after-sales management systems, improving transportation, storage, purchasing, and operational labor systems.

I am experienced in supplier homologation and maintenance for purchasing direct and indirect materials and inputs. I have strong ERP skills including SAP, Microsiga, DataSul, Emulador, and SVC. I lead teams of up to 23 people and have served major retail chains such as Pão de Açúcar, Carrefour, Atacadão, Rossi, Mambo, Alabarce, and Walmart.

My key competencies include distribution center management, WMS/SAP/Microsiga/DataSul, KPI development and cost reduction, multimodal import/export, advanced Excel and VBA, lean manufacturing, currency negotiation, reverse logistics, financial and administrative controls, logistics operations, inventory management, distribution, and transportation.
