Cloud SysOp / DevOps and Telecommunications Engineer

I am a Cloud SysOp / DevOps and Telecommunications Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in IT and telecom environments. I enjoy problem-solving, learning new technologies, and applying them to real-world infrastructure and network challenges.

My background includes designing, rolling out, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions across B2B, cybersecurity, AWS SysOp, FinOps consulting, private cloud, and telecommunications projects. I have worked with cloud systems, networking, VoIP, mobile core networks, and layered telecom architectures.

I have hands-on experience with AWS, Azure DevOps, Git configurations, CloudFormation, Terraform, and cloud security. I have also supported physical and virtual server provisioning, load balancers, operating system installation, and multi-environment build and release coordination.

In telecom, I have managed mobile and fixed core/access elements, handled troubleshooting and service-level agreements, and worked with technologies such as MPLS, wireless, VoIP, SS7, SIGTRAN, Huawei, Ericsson, Cisco, and Avaya. I have also contributed in technical leadership, operations, support, and presales roles.

I have strong knowledge of FinOps practices and tools such as Cost Explorer, Billing Conductor, and Savings Plans, and I am comfortable working in multicloud environments with a focus on cost optimization and governance.

I also have academic and training experience as a university professor in electronic engineering and automatic control, and I hold relevant certifications and specialized training in AWS, LTE, Cisco, and telecom core network operations.
