About me
I am a project management professional with 16 years of experience leading complex initiatives across multinational companies and diverse industries, including technology, chemical, electromechanical, oil & gas, finance, banking, and insurance. My background combines project delivery, agile transformation, and stakeholder management in both national and international environments.
I have worked extensively with Agile, Waterfall, PMP, and hybrid frameworks, adapting my approach to business needs and project complexity. Over the years, I have led projects involving IT infrastructure, software implementation, capex/opex investment models, environmental initiatives, and industrial operations, often coordinating multifunctional teams from project initiation through final delivery.
In recent years, I have focused strongly on Agile delivery, Scrum leadership, and organizational transformation. I have supported implementations of Agile culture, SAFe practices, and project management tools, while also managing reporting, risks, dependencies, ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities to increase delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
My experience includes leading projects for companies such as TCS, Globant, Qintess, Lenovo, Rockwell, Rhodia, Suzano, and others. I have managed initiatives in Brazil, LATAM, and the USA, with responsibilities spanning scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, procurement, and governance.
I also bring a strong procurement and business operations foundation from earlier roles, where I managed strategic sourcing, contracts, supplier negotiations, and category management. This experience strengthened my ability to balance financial performance, operational efficiency, and project execution.
I am PMP certified, hold SAFe and Scrum certifications, and continue to develop my expertise in project management, agile leadership, and digital transformation. I work fluently in English and Spanish and am based in Brazil.
