Led the Industrial IT/IS function for an automotive plant, delivering technology services to internal clients across engineering, quality, HR, manufacturing, maintenance, purchasing, cost control, internal logistics, and supply chain. Managed vendor contracts and service quality across domains.

Partnered with business users to analyze, develop, and maintain enterprise systems such as Baan, SAP, and Renault-specific applications. Coordinated cross-industrial software projects and managed corrective actions and system developments.

Installed and connected more than 35 bank branches across Argentina, including integration of branches from absorbed banks.
