Full-Stack Software Developer

I am a full-stack software developer with more than 5 years of experience building scalable web applications. I am particularly interested in AI-driven systems and backend architecture, and I enjoy working on production-grade software that delivers real value to users.

My experience includes developing and maintaining full-stack features using Go, Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. I have worked across the backend and frontend, helping teams ship reliable applications with strong performance and security.

I have collaborated closely with product, design, and engineering teams in remote and onsite environments. I value clear communication, shared understanding of requirements, and consistent delivery throughout the development lifecycle.

In my recent roles, I contributed to web applications, progressive web apps, and SEO improvements. I have also worked with offline-first capabilities, service workers, local storage tools, and modern deployment and DevOps practices.

I also have mentoring experience from Microverse, where I supported junior developers, improved code quality, and helped others grow through technical guidance and encouragement. This strengthened my leadership, teamwork, and remote collaboration skills.

My education includes a Full-Stack Web Development Program at Microverse and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from ULK Kigali. I continue to build projects such as AI-powered resume tools, job trackers, and blogging platforms to expand my skills and create useful products.
