Ensuring that job postings have been reviewed, replied to, or contacted on a daily/weekly basis Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
Hiring contract staff, contract to hire staff, direct hire and temporary hires. Maintains employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and compiles reports from database as needed. Maintains compliance training records company wide and arrange for in-house and external training activities as needed. Assists in maintaining and updating human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
Assists with processing temporary employee and contractor invoices. Assists with badge creation for new hires, contractors, and vendors. Assists with the coordination of interviews
