Conducted 5 stakeholder interviews with organizers o understand how they envisioned using Discord and other similar apps to communicate with apprentices
Interviewed 5 apprentices To learn more about their experiences utilizing apps to communicate as well as their expectations of communication
Analyze surveys to gain insight into apprentice challenges
Moderated interviews with 10 users to uncover roadblocks associated with district-wide fundraising efforts and community volunteer opportunities
● Developed surveys to screen for 3 alumni, 4 parents of students, and 3 community members intent on donating time and capital to local high schools in the San Francisco School District
● Gathered competitor data to assess for strengths and inefficiencies of similar fundraising websites, in order to narrow down product goals
● Conducted 4 stakeholder interviews with Code for San Francisco organizers to gain an understanding of the brigade’s mission and goals
● Led weekly meetings between project stakeholders to plan the execution of deliverables
● Interviewed 25 Black women and Black non-binary people to understand what barriers they have faced when seeking mental health support
● Managed a team of 5 researchers and 5 designers to produce an accessible mental health website
● Incorporated voice of the customer research from different social media sites and forums to help determine the target demographic
