My professional career began with helping customers resolve their banking questions. It pivoted to technical project work, where I truly developed collaborative skills and had the opportunity to exercise my creativity in writing and helping produce feature-length, professionally made continuing education videos. All the learning and interactions coalesced with the opportunities to lead a team of project managers, working hard to make their careers as engaging and fulfilling as possible, and leading an organizational Agile transformation β the most challenging, energizing, and rewarding experience of my career.
