As Program Manager at Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), responsible for the execution, implementation, and life cycle support of critical projects, including Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), Core Router Refresh (CRR), Two Level Parallel Plan (TLPP), and Dedicated Route-Reflector (DRR).

 Completed 347 of MPLS Joint Provider Edge (J-PE) site activations, a scalable network transport technique facilitating both circuit and packet-switched data across IP networks.
 Led the completion of 61 Core Router Refresh installations, leveraging IP routing technologies to enhance the diversity, service delivery, and capacity of the Defense Department Information Network (DODIN).
 Procured Phase I / II TLPP and DRR equipment for Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) lab testing and subsequent installation at 187 locations. This initiative enables DISA to implement an MPLS two-level parallel plane logical node hierarchy, enhancing link, node, and intra-site diversity within the DISN transport architecture.

These upgrades encompassed amplifiers, regenerators, and other equipment on government-leased fibers.

 Managed the fiber characterization testing, site surveys, and site concurrence letters at more than 25 customer sites, guaranteeing optimal performance and adherence to project requirements.
 Ensured the systems’ compliance with cybersecurity standards and obtained authority to operate by coordinating system hardening activities.
