About The RoleΒ 

You will own and drive the product-specific sales metrics for our key product suites: CCIP and Data Feeds. You will be responsible for providing clear and actionable insights on market share and ensuring that our sales pipeline is progressing towards strategic goals. You will be the linchpin between various teams, leading the charge in capturing market share, tracking key performance indicators, surfacing any blockers that might impede progress, and directly supporting the closure of significant deals as required. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in refining our go-to-market (GTM) strategy by gathering and synthesizing market intelligence, owning the product pipeline and sales forecasts, and ensuring that all sales efforts are aligned with our broader business objectives.

Your Impact

Your work will directly influence the success of our product sales by maximizing pipeline growth and driving the adoption of our solutions in the market. By clearly defining the roles and responsibilities within the sales process, you will empower our sales teams to operate independently and proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Your leadership will be instrumental in coaching and developing a team of product sales experts, ensuring they are equipped to deliver results from day one. Through your efforts, we expect to see significant growth in market share, improved efficiency in sales operations, and a stronger alignment between sales goals and overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience overseeing sales teams, with a strong background in supporting the origination, negotiation, and closure of large or strategic product adoption deals.
  • Proven ability to drive the adoption of specific product outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience in closing high-stakes deals within a competitive landscape, working closely with legal, finance, and product teams to coordinate large groups of stakeholders and successfully bring deals to fruition.
  • Growing business development activities from 0-100+ deals
  • Deep web3 knowledge
  • Expertise in building and managing relationships across internal and external cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Strong ability to grasp broad data sets on product adoption, market trends, and user-specific intelligence to develop actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in managing global teams.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working within technical environments
  • Experience selling infra/data/fintech where product value proposition is key in winning deals.
