The project aims to simplify the process of skills/qualifications verification from multiple sources, enabling efficient management, tracking, and utilization of workforce assets. The product will serve as a critical component within the national labor framework, providing a standardized interface for seamless data exchange and interoperability among diverse verification platforms such as Skills Verification Program and Qualifications Verification Program.
Responsibilities
Analyzing the quality, integrity, and structure of current data.
Deciding on the migration approach (big bang, phased, etc.) based on the data analysis and business needs.
Identifing potential risks associated with data migration, including data loss, data corruption, and extended downtimes.
Creating detailed documentation on the data migration architecture and strategies.
Requirements
Experience as a Data Architect 5+ years in a similar role.
Degree in a technical discipline.
Extensive experience in data architecture and management, preferably in environments requiring integration of multiple legacy systems into a unified platform.
Strong understanding of database design, data modeling techniques, and data integration tools.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and quality standards to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
Proven track record of implementing effective data strategies in large-scale projects.
Ability to produce clear, comprehensive documentation for data architectures, models, and governance policies that can be used by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address data-related issues
Ability to analyze complex data systems and derive insights to support business decisions.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermidiate and above.
Desired skills
Linux oriented person.
Ability to present to all levels of staff and leadership.
