Your mission
- As Team Lead Development (all genders) you support the developers of your own team in the daily business. You are responsible for feedback and development meetings as well as the further training of the know-how of your employees
- You are an expert, point of contact and advisor for tasks and questions concerning the development area and you take over the technical management including conception and implementation of development tasks of your team’s projects
- As part of the team you regularly implement your own features
- Controlling the scope and progress of projects is part of your job, as well as the responsibility for the workload of your employees
- We are growing! And so is our development team. As Team Lead Development you will conduct interviews, make hiring decisions in cooperation with the Chapter Lead Development and accompany new employees during their onboarding at valantic DXA
- Together with Project Managers and Unit Leads, you will ensure a good workload in the team
- You establish, document and promote best practice solutions hand in hand with your Team Lead colleagues and our Chapter Lead Development
