Venture Development Internship (Remote)

You will own critical tasks across project management, program design, platform setup, marketing, and social media—learning by doing and driving tangible outcomes for a growing venture.p> <ul> <li><strong>Project Ownership &amp; Executionstrong> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain the project plan: set deadlines, assign tasks (to yourself and contractors), and update status daily.li> <li>Run stand‐ups or check‐ins with stakeholders (product, content, makreting) to ensure alignment and immediate follow‐through.li> ul> li> <li><strong>Platform Setup &amp; Maintenancestrong> <ul> <li>Build content flows directly in our platform/CMS: input lessons, upload resources, configure quizzes or assessments, and verify each module functions as intended.li> <li>Run internal tests of user flows (sign‐up, onboarding, content access), document any bugs or UX friction, and work with engineering to push fixes.li> <li>Configure user permissions, tag tracking, and basic automations (e.g., email notifications, webhook triggers) to support seamless user experiences.li> ul> li> <li><strong>Hands‐On Marketing Executionstrong> <ul> <li>Build and scale Facebook and Instagram accounts from scratch: benchmark top peers, define content pillars and posting cadence, run growth experiments (hashtags, contests, influencer collabs) and track follower/engagement KPIsli> <li>Develop, design and schedule FB &amp; IG content (static posts, carousels, Stories, Reels) using templates; craft captions, source assets and manage community by responding to comments, DMs and story interactionsli> <li>Write, design, and publish landing pages that convert—create copy, select images, and set up forms or payment buttons directly in our website builder (no hand‐offs).li> <li>Manage small‐scale ad campaigns: set up basic Google/Facebook Ads, monitor spend, optimize keywords/ad copy, and report weekly on ROI.li> ul> li> <li><strong>Generalist, “Do‐It‐Yourself” Mindsetstrong> <ul> <li>Take ownership of ad‐hoc initiatives—if you see a gap in process (e.g., missing email templates, outdated FAQs), you build or update them yourself.li> <li>Research and reach out to potential partners/vendors: draft outreach emails, negotiate basic terms, and onboard selected partners.li> <li>Act as a generalist in getting anything and everything done to help the company grow; anticipate challenges, react promptly and calmly to necessary changes, and ease our growing pains.li> ul> li> ul> <h2>Qualificationsh2> <p>This position might be a good fit if you:p> <ul> <li><strong>Are Action‐Oriented &amp; Detail‐Drivenstrong> <ul> <li>Thrive on rolling up your sleeves and executing tasks end‐to‐end, rather than just outlining or delegating.li> <li>Stay organized under shifting priorities—able to juggle multiple deliverables (project plans, content builds, ads, data analyses) without dropping the ball.li> ul> li> <li><strong>Learn Fast &amp; Own New Toolsstrong> <ul> <li>Comfortable signing up for new platforms (CMS, CRM, ad manager, analytics), teaching yourself basic configurations, and optimizing workflows on the go.li> <li>Eager to explore how code‐light automations (Zapier, Webhooks) can streamline processes—willing to tinker until things work.li> ul> li> <li><strong>Communicate Clearly &amp; Directlystrong> <ul> <li>Write crisp, persuasive copy for landing pages, emails, and social posts—comfortable speaking with seniors and making data‐driven recommendations.li> <li>Able to collect feedback from pilot users or stakeholders, iterate quickly, and present updates in succinct, actionable summaries.li> ul> li> <li><strong>Bring a Generalist, “Can‐Do” Attitudestrong> <ul> <li>Willingness to switch hats between project management, content building, marketing, and customer outreach—whatever the venture needs on a given day.li> <li>Curious about preventive health and longevity, and motivated by our mission to empower proactive health management.li> ul> li> <li><strong>Maintain a Remote Work Ethicstrong> <ul> <li>Have a dedicated home‐office setup and can reliably track your work hours—submitting a weekly timesheet so management knows exactly what you accomplished.li> <li>Self‐motivated: able to work independently, keep your manager updated, and deliver results on time without daily “hand‐holding.”li> ul> li> ul> <h2>Additional Informationh2> <p><strong>More About Usstrong>p> <p>At Ayobody, we believe that by working with the most talented people in the industry, we can shape the future of health and wellness in Southeast Asia.
