Syncron is a leading SaaS company with over 20 years of experience, specializing in aftermarket solutions.Β Our Service Lifecycle Management Platform offers domain-fit solutions for:

  • Supply Chain optimization,
  • Pricing strategy,
  • Service Fulfillment (e.g. warranty management, field service management, service parts management, knowledge management).

Our company has a global presence with offices in US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Poland, India and group headquarters in Sweden.

We build upon the belief that our greatest strength is our People. Our unique company culture has been appreciated by our Employees.

With this we are winning the hearts and minds of world-leading organizations, such as JCB, Kubota, Electrolux, Toyota, Renault and Hitachi.

About the team

We’re a small, collaborative UX team working at the heart of Syncron’s SaaS platform. Our mission is to create world-class experiences for users navigating highly complex domains. As an Associate UX Specialist, you’ll join a team of experienced designers, researchers, and writers who are passionate about crafting thoughtful, data-informed, and user-centric solutions.

You’ll work closely with a dedicated UX Lead and product development teams, learning the ropes of enterprise UX while contributing to impactful design work from day one. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their UX career who’s curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

About the role

As an Associate UX Designer, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with senior designers throughout the UX processβ€”research, ideation, prototyping, validation, and documentation.
  • Create and refine flows, components, and prototypes using Figma, gradually building ownership as your product knowledge grows.
  • Contribute to internal user research activities and design reviews.
  • Work with developers and QA to ensure your designs are delivered with quality and consistency.
  • Help document design specs and behavior for engineers, supporting the delivery process.

How you’ll grow with us:

0–3 months – Onboard: Learn platform fundamentals, fix small UI bugs, join team rituals, and visit our Warsaw office.

3–6 months – Contribute: Take ownership of a small flow or screen set in Figma with mentorship and design support.

6–12 months – Expand: Collaborate confidently with product and engineering peers, refine existing experiences, and discuss your work in stakeholder meetings.

We know our domain is complex. Mastering it takes timeβ€”and we’ll support you every step of the way.

What we expect:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Just starting their UX career (0–2 years’ experience, internships or academic projects included).
  • Comfortable working in Figma (auto layout, components, variables, prototyping).
  • Familiar with core UX concepts like user flows, usability heuristics, and information architecture.
  • Curious and proactiveβ€”willing to ask questions, explore documentation, and dig into complex challenges.
  • Open to feedback and comfortable challenging ideas (respectfully and constructively)

We’re excited to meet curious minds who love to learn, sweat the details, and care about users!

The icing on the cake:

  • While not required, a portfolio is highly appreciated as it offers insight into your design processβ€”how you think, iterate, and solve problems.
  • Bonus: Experience with data-heavy products, dashboards, or enterprise tools.

We offer:

  • Environment facilitating professional growth.
  • Respectful and friendly work environment.
  • Internal training sessions, external conferences and training options, access to LinkedIn Learning courses.
  • Employee referral program – a bonus of 1500 EUR if the referral gets hired.
  • Free English & Swedish classes.
  • Fringe benefits (private medical care, Multisport card, life insurance).
  • Flexible working hours.
  • We do respect one another, and we do enjoy working together – we play pool and board games, organize charity activities – to name just a few πŸ™‚
