Part time, working 15 – 29 hours/week
Remote, based in Michigan (Eastern Time Zone)
Wage: $14/hour
The company is currently not authorized to support remote work employees in the following locations: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Delaware, Idaho, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, Utah, Wyoming.
The student internship program accepts international students with up-to-date work authorization for off-campus employment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings and assist with planning and preparation for internal company AI Task Force
Plan and assist with the basic AI/ ChatGPT Training hosted by the internal AI Task Force
Assist with developing, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting AI usage and policy metrics
Help identify areas for improvement that AI could help with internal processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete AI research and policy documentation
Assist with development of action plans, process maps, procedures, or other documentation to support AI implementation projects
Track and report on status of projects using Atlassian’s Jira system
Document, organize, and track meeting notes and actions
Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Familiarity with AI tools and chat bots
Experience with Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
Process improvement interest or experience
Project management interest or experience
Analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and as member of a team
Open and flexible to change
Willing to learn new tools/concepts/business vocabulary
