About the role:

As a Registry Administrator, you will be an essential part of the Registry team supporting the administration of student data, assessments, registrations, academic quality assurance, and governance processes. You will contribute to enhancing academic quality and student experience through accurate record-keeping, project coordination, committee servicing, and collaboration with colleagues across CCL and Corndel Limited. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities Include

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support across registry functions ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintaining and updating student records using the Student Record System and related IT platforms.
  • Coordinating and supporting administrative projects, monitoring progress, and managing risks.
  • Organising committee meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute taking, and reporting.
  • Communicating professionally with stakeholders and producing high-quality reports.
  • Building effective working relationships across academic, professional services, students, and external partners.
  • Analysing data to support registry operations and ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Utilising Microsoft Office and student information systems to perform daily tasks efficiently.
  • Managing competing priorities and working independently with initiative.
  • Upholding professional conduct including integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to ongoing development.

Experience and Skills

Essential

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational or regulated environment.
  • Proficiency with Student Record Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience providing committee support including minute taking and report writing.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to input, update, and maintain data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Experience managing projects or administrative coordination.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to professional standards, integrity, and confidentiality.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the Higher Education sector and academic administration.
  • Understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR.
  • Familiarity with governance and quality assurance processes in education.
  • Previous experience in committee servicing and preparing presentations.
  • Experience in customer service within an educational setting.

The role comes with a salary of Β£30,000 per annum.
