We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect (mid-senior level) to support the design and evolution of several strategic digital platforms. The successful candidate will drive solution architecture and technical leadership across up to four concurrent small-to-medium scale projects, contributing to the development of secure, scalable, and high-performing systems within a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture design and provide technical oversight for multiple digital platforms.
Guide development on systems such as:

Transparency Reporting Platforms
Data Analytics & Stocktake Systems
Collaborative Process Management Tools (CRM / MS365 / Power Platform)
Public-facing Drupal-based platforms

Design scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Drive agile development in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Ensure adherence to modern architecture practices including cloud-native and microservices patterns.
Actively manage and update requirements and dashboards using Jira.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment across ICT and business teams.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead delivering complex digital solutions.

Expertise in Azure-based architecture and integration frameworks.
Strong command of security principles, design patterns, and development lifecycle methodologies.
Solid understanding of agile, iterative, and traditional SDLC practices.
Experience managing vendors and delivering results under minimal supervision.
Hands-on expertise with Jira – requirements tracking, dashboard creation, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across cross-domain teams.
Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

Breadth of technical knowledge across domains and industries.
TOGAF / PRINCE2 / SCRUM certification or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with Data Warehousing, Analytics (OLAP/MOLAP), CRM, Cloud, and Microservices architecture.
Experience supporting performance testing efforts and platform optimization.
