Join our Service Delivery Management Team as a Service Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the leadership and management of our Kooth and Qwell services to ensure high quality, effective services delivered within the contractual requirements.

Role Objective
Responsible for overseeing the leadership and management of Kooth, Qwell services to ensure high quality, effective services delivered within the contractual requirements.
Split of the role
Management and Leadership – 60%
Business and Service Developments – 20%
Analytics, Reporting & Insights – 10%
Cross Functional Collaboration – 10%
Main Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for services supporting emotional health, wellbeing, and mental health in adult and/or children’s services
- Lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive service change, navigate and lead through periods of change and growth, providing stability, motivation, and direction during transformation.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing services at a senior level within the mental health or wellbeing sector.
- A strong track record of leading successful teams and achieving service excellence.
- The ability to inspire, engage, and guide teams through change with confidence and clarity.
