Join our Service Delivery Management Team as a Service Manager, where youβll play a pivotal role in overseeing the leadership and management of our Kooth and Qwell services to ensure high quality, effective services delivered within the contractual requirements.

Role Objective
Responsible for overseeing the leadership and management of Kooth, Qwell services to ensure high quality, effective services delivered within the contractual requirements.
Split of the role
Management and Leadership – 60%
Business and Service Developments – 20%
Analytics, Reporting & Insights – 10%
Cross Functional Collaboration – 10%
