In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the country, identifying key growth and expansion opportunities. 
  • Monitor and report on market performance, demonstrating a strong understanding of demand-supply dynamics and commercial strategy, while proactively identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with local regulatory standards. 
  • Drive the country’s growth strategy by analysing and optimizing the marketing channel mix. 
  • Lead the strategy and execution of country-level campaigns to drive demand generation. 
  • Partner with the regional product team to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates. 
  • Guide and support cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment towards market growth goals. 
  • Collaborate with headquarters and other local teams to ensure operations are aligned with broader business objectives. 
  • Stay current with industry trends and market developments to keep the company ahead of the curve. 

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 8+ years of experience in leading B2C companies in Growth, Marketing, or Operational leadership roles; experience in the local travel industry is a plus. 
  • Preferably experienced in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments with a strong bias for action. 
  • Demonstrated ability to unlock growth in challenging or mature markets by identifying untapped opportunities and adapting go-to-market strategies to local user dynamics. 
  • Strong understanding of the country’s user behavior, demand patterns, and digital marketing regulations and best practices. 
  • Proven ability to identify root issues and growth opportunities through data, and to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive change. 
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and structured thinking to scale growth sustainably. 
  • Strong sense of ownership and drive to champion the country’s growth in a competitive and evolving landscape. 
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams, delivering high-impact initiatives on time. 
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and iterative testing, with a mindset of continuous improvement and experimentation. 
  • Willingness to travel moderately within Europe and to Asia.
