About the role

Support and coordinate software development initiatives across Salesforce, Azure, and a growing suite of integrated third-party solutions. Work alongside senior technical leaders, product owners, and scrum teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of custom applications and system integrations that power our legal operations.

What you’ll do

1. Collaborate with senior development leads, architects, and scrum masters to plan, prioritize, and monitor team deliverables.

2. Serve as a resource and coordinator to ensure development teams stay aligned with business goals and timelines.

3. Provide support and guidance to developers working across Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, and integrated systems.

4. Help facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

5. Work with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical tasks and monitor progress across multiple projects.

6. Support the use of Azure DevOps and Copado for work management, deployment orchestration, and release tracking.

7. Assist in managing scope, identifying dependencies, and clearing blockers to maintain team velocity.

8. Contribute to development standards and enforce best practices across Salesforce (Apex, Flows, Copado) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, SQL Server, Data Factory).

9. Coordinate third-party integrations including eSignature, voice/SMS, and payment gateway services.

10. Promote secure coding, maintainability, and performance optimization across solutions.

11. Support implementation of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps and Copado.

12. Monitor key delivery metrics and help teams stay accountable to sprint goals and delivery schedules.

13. Encourage a culture of testing, documentation, and code review.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in software development or application management roles.

2. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Azure services.

3. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in scrum teams.

4. Familiarity with deployment tools like Azure DevOps and Copado.

5. Ability to coordinate work across multiple developers, technologies, and third-party systems.

6. Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Admin, Developer, Architect).

7. Copado certifications preferred

8. Experience with third-party legal tech tools preferred (e.g., DocuSign, payment processors).

9. Background in legal, professional services, or compliance-driven environments preferred.
