Responsibilities:

Responsible for the achievement of local financial business targets (Sales, Margin, Profit, WC, etc.) and other non-financial targets.
Develop and implement effective commercial strategies based on company goals and market trends aiming to accelerate growth.
Pursuing new business opportunities and identifying and managing commercial risks.
Lead and coach the nationwide sales team to achieve their sales objectives.
Monitoring the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
Lead annual price increases and negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
Monitor and develop team performance through training, coaching, and career development.
Initiate and lead projects to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in B2B with minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience.
Ability to manage change and complexity with strong analytical and influencing skills.
Strong leadership skills with a commitment to personal development and talent management.
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
Fluent in French and English.
