The Customer Experience Manager develops and implements scalable programs or engagement, adoption, retention, and advocacy. Responsibilities include overseeing digital success strategies and establishing peer-driven community learning, engagement, and feedback initiatives.

In this role you will be:

  • Designing and implementing scalable customer journeys; enhancing experience via automation, internal partnerships, and targeted communication strategies.
  • Building and moderating a digital community platform, driving engagement, cultivating advocates, and promoting product champions.
  • Monitoring customer health, analyzing data, collaborating on outreach strategies, and developing re-engagement digital plays.
  • Capturing customer insights, sharing feedback, informing priorities, and amplifying success stories across teams.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Community Management at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
  • Have experience in building digital success programs and/or launching customer communities.
  • Have analytical skills with experience using tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar CS platforms.
  • Have excellent communication and content development skills (e.g., writing newsletters, creating help articles).
  • Be familiar with community platforms (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud, Khoros, Higher Logic, inSided) is a plus.
  • Possess empathetic, customer-focused mindset with the ability to influence across teams.
