Product Manager, Partner Rewards

Flywheel Product | UK/IE | Remote or Hybrid

HubSpot’s Flywheel Product team spearheads GTM transformations by building and integrating AI and net-new products and capabilities for our internal GTM teams, partners, and customers. Our vision is to pioneer an AI-driven future where HubSpot’s GTM engine operates with unparalleled intelligence and efficiency, empowering unprecedented growth. Our own loop mechanism – an endless loop where we define, experiment, and roll out fully automated agentic GTM motions alongside AI-empowered human teams.

As a Product Manager on the Partner Rewards team, you’ll shape how HubSpot Solution Partners are recognized and rewarded for the value they create. You will inculcate a strong understanding and point of view on commissions, tiering, bonus programs, and incentive systems for Partners. You’ll set the vision, define strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver impact through better commission processing, improving transparency for partners, and ensure our financial systems are scalable, compliant, and ready for HubSpot’s next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a cross-functional, systems-heavy domain. You will partner closely with Engineering, Partner Ops, FinOps, Accounting, and Compliance to deliver real impact.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Own the Partner Rewards roadmap – setting strategy and driving execution as a critical member of the Product Triad – our system for building product collaboratively and strategically.
  • Use data and AI to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our partners and customers grow
  • Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company
  • Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
  • Understand our partners and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often
  • Translate complex financial, operational, and compliance requirements into clear product requirements and scalable system designs
  • Build AI experiences that drive tangible business outcomes

We are looking for people who have:

  • Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, revenue systems, RevOps, or other systems-heavy domains
  • Led complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Accounting, Compliance, or Operations stakeholders
  • A growth mindset and demonstrable experience in leveraging AI to improve your product and sharpen your own craft as a PM
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort operating in ambiguous, high-stakes problem spaces
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and decision-making across senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and direct style
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones
  • The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate – often without perfect information
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with commission systems, incentive programs, or revenue models
  • Familiarity with SOX controls, revenue recognition processes, or financial reporting systems
  • Experience building forecasting tools or financial transparency features for external stakeholders
  • Experience working with partners or ecosystems

As a member of the Product Management org at HubSpot you’ll:

  • Join a product-led culture that truly puts the customer first
  • Create and advance an ambitious product strategy driven by customer needs, business goals, powerful data, and global market indicators
  • Partner closely with colleagues in UX and Engineering to create a high-value product that’s both powerful and easy to use
  • Use your voice, share your perspective, and have a real impact based on your point of view
  • Know what will lead to getting promoted, and why, thanks to clear expectations and robust career paths
  • Be empowered to show up as your authentic self and choose a work style and location where you can do your best work, whether that’s at home, in an office, or a blend of the two
