MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior VMWare Cloud Engineer to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position.

Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation’s toughest challenges.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based computing solutions and infrastructure for CASTLE-NET projects
Ensuring high availability, reliability, optimized performance, and robust security of cloud-based applications.
Focuses on vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and vRealize Suite to manage virtualized environments.
Managing VMware Cloud Foundation, Private Cloud to Public Cloud migration, and hybrid cloud networking (HCX).
Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and IT leadership for seamless integration and alignment with objectives.
Deliver world-class IT services and responsive, dependable customer support.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field and 8 or more years of cloud engineering experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree +2 years relevant experience, or 4 years relevant experience is acceptable.

The projected compensation range for this position is $117,000.00-$195,100.00.
