My communication skills, persistence, and result-driven mindset make me well-suited for this role. I am particularly attracted to Canonical's sales academy and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud, AI, and IoT technologies. I look forward to the chance to help generate pipeline and drive growth for your company.

Tell me about yourself and why you're interested in this SDR role at Canonical.
I recently graduated with a degree in Business and have always been fascinated by technology. I am drawn to Canonical because of its leadership in open source and cloud. I enjoy building relationships and solving problems, which makes sales a natural fit. I am eager to start my career in a fast-paced environment where I can learn and grow.
How would you handle a day where you face multiple rejections from prospects?
Rejection is part of sales, and I view it as a learning opportunity. I would analyze my approach, ask for feedback, and adjust my pitch. I stay motivated by focusing on long-term goals and celebrating small wins. I also believe in persistence—every 'no' brings me closer to a 'yes.'
Describe a time you persuaded someone to take a different course of action.
In a group project, I convinced my team to adopt a new project management tool by highlighting its efficiency and ease of use. I listened to their concerns, demonstrated the tool's benefits, and provided a trial period. The team agreed, and it improved our productivity.
What do you know about Canonical and its products?
Canonical is the company behind Ubuntu, the most popular Linux distribution for cloud, IoT, and AI. They offer enterprise support, Kubernetes, and OpenStack solutions. They partner with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. I admire their commitment to open source and innovation.
How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple campaigns?
I use a CRM to track tasks and prioritize based on urgency and potential impact. I break down campaigns into daily goals and allocate time for prospecting, follow-ups, and research. I also communicate with my team to ensure alignment and adjust priorities as needed.
