Sample interview questions
I begin with a campaign brief and tracking plan that defines naming conventions, UTM parameters, landing-page URLs, source attribution, and success metrics. Before launch, I test links, forms, CRM routing, and reporting visibility, then document the setup so stakeholders can validate results after the campaign.
I have built automations that standardize incoming lead data, assign records based on campaign or territory rules, and notify owners when qualification conditions are met. I first map the business process and edge cases, test in a sandbox where available, and monitor results after deployment to prevent routing or data-quality issues.
I clarify the requested change, intended audience, deadline, and approval owner before editing. I make the update in the CMS, verify responsive display, links, forms, metadata, and tracking, then share confirmation and any relevant URLs with the requester.
I prioritize requests based on campaign deadlines, business impact, access blockers, and security requirements. I maintain a request log with ownership and status, resolve straightforward access requests promptly, and route specialized issues to the appropriate platform owner with complete troubleshooting details.
I use concise written updates that state the request, owner, timeline, dependencies, and completion criteria. I document decisions and campaign configurations in shared systems, proactively flag risks, and establish predictable check-ins during overlap hours so stakeholders remain aligned.
