About this role.
DeleteMe is seeking a Director of Growth to build and lead an AI-native go-to-market systems function for its privacy and human attack surface management offerings. The role owns architecture across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, outbound systems, attribution, and pipeline analytics. It requires hands-on development of LLM-powered workflows, lead-scoring and routing pipelines, internal tools, and scalable campaign personalization. The successful candidate will partner closely with marketing, sales, RevOps, and data teams while initially operating as an individual builder and later hiring GTM engineers. This is a senior growth-operations leadership role in a fast-moving B2B SaaS and cybersecurity context.

Sample interview questions
I would explain the business bottleneck, the data sources and system integrations involved, the LLM or agent design, the human-review controls, and the measurable outcome such as improved conversion, response rate, or reduced operational time.
I would combine firmographic, intent, engagement, product-fit, and buying-stage signals in a governed data model, use deterministic rules alongside model-assisted enrichment, and route leads through monitored SLAs. I would validate performance through conversion, speed-to-lead, pipeline creation, and false-positive rates.
I assess strategic differentiation, integration complexity, time to value, reliability requirements, total cost of ownership, and internal maintenance capacity. I prototype quickly for uncertain or differentiating workflows, then harden successful solutions or adopt a vendor when it provides durable leverage.
I would track funnel conversion by segment and channel, lead response time, pipeline creation, stage velocity, sourced and influenced pipeline, win rate, CAC efficiency, attribution quality, and the operational reliability of the underlying data and automations.
I would involve users early, define a clear business outcome and ownership model, deploy in measurable phases, document workflows and exception paths, and maintain feedback loops. Adoption should be supported by transparent dashboards that show both user impact and revenue outcomes.

Job Title: Director, Growth
Job Summary:
Attacker Doesn’t Sleep. Neither Should Our GTM Stack.
DeleteMe helps people and companies delete the personal data that fuels phishing, doxxing, and AI-powered social engineering attacks. We’re the category leader in personal data removal — and we’re now defining the next category: Human Attack Surface Management (HASM).
We move fast, ship faster, and think in systems, not tickets. We’re looking for a Director of Growth who doesn’t just manage marketing campaigns but a AI-native growth machine.
If “growth hacking” to you means Zapier and a few HubSpot workflows, this isn’t your role. If it means dynamic campaigns, agentic pipelines, LLM-orchestrated lead scoring, and infrastructure that gets smarter every week without a headcount increase, keep reading.
Responsibilities:
-You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, RevOps, and data — but you’ll operate like a growth hacker, not a coordinator.
-Build the AI-native GTM stack: Design and own the systems architecture connecting our CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, and outbound motion — with AI agents doing the work humans used to do manually.
-Automate the funnel, end to end: From lead scoring and routing to personalization at scale, you’ll build pipelines that use LLMs and agentic workflows to make every touch smarter than the last.
-Instrument everything: Attribution, pipeline velocity, campaign performance — you’ll build the dashboards and data models that let leadership make real-time decisions, not monthly ones.
-Prototype relentlessly: You’ll stand up scrappy internal tools and agents in days, not quarters — proving value fast, then hardening what works.
-Partner cross-functionally: You’ll work directly with marketing leadership (including our CMO) on campaigns like our co-branded research initiatives with 451 Research/S&P Global, translating category-defining content strategy into scalable, systemized execution.
-Build the team: You’ll start as a builder and grow into a leader — hiring and mentoring GTM engineers who share your obsession with automation and speed.
Experience:
-You’re AI-first, not AI-curious: You’ve built real workflows with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and automation tooling — not just used ChatGPT to write emails. You have opinions about prompt architecture, context windows, and where agents fail.
-You code: Python, SQL, and API-level fluency are table stakes. You’re comfortable in a CRM’s data model and in a Jupyter notebook in the same afternoon.
-You’ve lived in the GTM stack: Salesforce or HubSpot, Clay, Outreach/Salesloft, 6sense/ZoomInfo, Segment — you know how these systems actually talk to each other (and where they lie to each other).
-You think like a founder: You default to building over buying, shipping over planning, and you measure your own impact in pipeline and velocity, not activity.
-You’ve done this before: 5+ years in GTM/RevOps/marketing engineering, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or security company, with real ownership of systems and outcomes.
-You’re allergic to bureaucracy: You’d rather build the automation than write the ticket asking someone else to.
-Bonus: experience in security, privacy, or risk categories — you understand urgency-driven buyers and how to build pipeline around a category the market is still learning to name.
