About this role.
Infisical is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to win net-new enterprise customers for its open-source security infrastructure and secrets-management platform. The role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations through multi-stakeholder negotiations, closing, adoption, and expansion opportunities. This seller will work closely with the Head of Sales and engineering team while helping establish scalable sales processes, CRM practices, and potentially the future sales organization. Success requires consultative enterprise software selling experience and credibility with technical buyers, particularly those involved in security, infrastructure, or open-source tools. The company operates primarily remotely and lists the United States as the job location, with a San Francisco office presence.

Sample interview questions
I would explain how I mapped the buying committee, uncovered distinct technical and business priorities, created a mutual action plan, and maintained executive alignment through procurement. I would quantify the deal outcome, sales cycle, and the actions that overcame key objections.
I would begin with discovery around secret sprawl, developer workflow friction, auditability, credential rotation, and incident risk. I would connect Infisical's value to secure centralized management, developer adoption, and operational efficiency, then validate the case through a tailored technical demonstration and measurable success criteria.
I would learn the product, ideal customer profile, competitive landscape, and existing customer patterns; establish account segmentation and qualification standards; and create a repeatable prospecting and pipeline-review cadence. I would also document objections, win/loss insights, and CRM requirements to help improve the sales motion while advancing priority opportunities.
I would help the champion translate technical benefits into executive outcomes such as risk reduction, compliance readiness, engineering productivity, and cost of incidents. I would equip them with an internal business case, seek a jointly agreed executive meeting, and use clear milestones so the evaluation does not stall at the technical level.
I monitor adoption, usage patterns, business changes, and feedback from technical and executive stakeholders. After demonstrating realized value in the initial deployment, I develop an account plan that identifies adjacent teams, use cases, and expansion triggers, then coordinate with customer success and product teams on a value-led expansion motion.
