I would first interview the primary users to understand their triage decisions, key metrics, and current pain points. I would define reliable data sources and success measures, then deliver an incremental dashboard with validated filters, drill-down views, and monitoring for data freshness and errors.
I would use a queued, idempotent workflow that accepts a report URL and browser configuration, captures screenshots in controlled environments, stores artifacts with metadata, and records structured status results. Retries, timeouts, observability, and safeguards for unsafe or inaccessible pages would be built in from the start.

I establish the problem statement, assumptions, scope boundaries, and measurable outcomes early in writing. I then propose a phased plan, share regular concise updates, surface trade-offs promptly, and validate each milestone with stakeholders before expanding the solution.

Required qualifications
- Solid web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python & Django) and experience building dashboards / data views.
- Comfort with tooling, automation, and web services.
- Self-directed, with good written communication.
Preferred
- Familiarity with WebCompat workflows and Bugzilla.
- Experience with screenshot / automation pipelines.
- Experience with Machine Learning
