Sample interview questions
I would explain the risk indicators, how I gathered feedback from stakeholders and usage data, and the action plan I created with Customer Success. I would quantify the result, such as retaining the account and securing an upsell by linking the solution to the customer’s measurable business goals.
I combine account plans, product adoption data, customer objectives, organizational changes, and executive conversations to identify gaps. I validate the opportunity with the customer’s desired outcomes, build a value-based business case, and coordinate internal teams before presenting a targeted recommendation.
I keep CRM stages, close dates, deal values, stakeholders, risks, and next steps current after every meaningful interaction. I use a consistent qualification process and distinguish committed opportunities from upside opportunities based on verified customer intent, approval process, and timing.
I start early by confirming value delivered, renewal objectives, decision criteria, procurement requirements, and potential objections. I align internal legal and leadership teams on guardrails, communicate transparently with the customer, and seek a mutually beneficial structure that protects retention and expansion value.
I would focus on the executive’s business priorities, such as improving local visibility, maintaining brand consistency, and efficiently scaling marketing across locations. I would connect SOCi’s platform and agentic capabilities to measurable outcomes, supported by a concise ROI narrative, relevant use cases, and a clear implementation path.
