Sample interview questions
I would first acknowledge the customer’s concern and the impact of the delay, then review the order and carrier details in Shopify or the relevant support tools. I would clearly explain the available resolution options within policy, such as a replacement, refund, or updated delivery information, and document the outcome with accurate tags and notes.
I would verify factual accuracy against order data, policies, and the customer’s full conversation history. I would also check that the tone is empathetic and aligned with the brand, revise or stop any inaccurate response, and log recurring gaps so the AI guidance can be improved.
I prioritize urgent, time-sensitive, and high-impact issues first, such as missing deliveries, billing problems, or customers who may be unable to feed their pets as expected. I then work systematically through remaining tickets, use macros thoughtfully, keep documentation current, and escalate issues outside my authority quickly.
I would respond with care, avoid providing unapproved medical guidance, and explain that I need to route the question to the appropriate qualified team member. I would capture the relevant details, tag the conversation correctly, and ensure the customer knows when and how they can expect follow-up.
I use concise, plain language that directly addresses the customer’s issue, while opening with acknowledgment and maintaining a calm, respectful tone. I tailor templates to the situation, confirm the resolution and next steps, and proofread for clarity before sending.
