Sample interview questions
I use a joint operating cadence across sales, solution architecture, and delivery to qualify opportunities early, validate scope and staffing, and define measurable outcomes in the SOW. I track bookings alongside margin, utilization, delivery risk, adoption, and customer feedback so that commercial growth does not come at the expense of successful delivery.
I begin with discovery of the customer’s business objectives, technical landscape, stakeholders, dependencies, and success measures. I translate that discovery into clear assumptions, phased deliverables, governance, roles, acceptance criteria, and change-control terms, then align the commercial model to the value and delivery risk before negotiating with procurement and executive sponsors.
I would first learn the services portfolio, sales process, installed-base opportunities, and regional account plans. I would establish a regular account review with AEs, customer engineers, customer success, and partners; identify attach opportunities around implementation, advisory, enablement, and optimization; and build a forecast with qualification criteria, next steps, and delivery-capacity checks.
I set clear expectations across bookings support, utilization, delivery quality, technical growth, and customer outcomes. Through regular one-on-ones, deal and delivery reviews, coaching, and individualized development plans, I help each person build capability while ensuring staffing decisions match customer complexity and business priorities.
I would connect services to the buyer’s desired business outcomes, such as trusted data for AI use cases, stronger governance, reduced risk, and faster adoption. I would propose a practical phased roadmap that combines strategy, implementation, enablement, and measurable value milestones, while clearly showing how Collibra services and qualified partners reduce execution risk.
