Sample interview questions
I would segment the portfolio by revenue, growth potential, risk, and strategic importance, then establish success plans with measurable business outcomes for priority accounts. I would align client-services and sales account plans, monitor leading indicators such as campaign performance, adoption, engagement, and executive coverage, and use regular reviews to address risks before renewal.
I set a clear operating model, define decision rights and success metrics, and communicate consistently about priorities and changes. I support managers through coaching, practical enablement, and regular calibration while using feedback and performance data to adapt the structure and protect team capacity.
I would jointly map stakeholders, client objectives, platform value evidence, commercial risks, and next steps. Client Services should provide the operational and performance narrative, while Sales leads commercial strategy; together, we would maintain a single account plan and ensure commitments are realistic and deliverable.
I would track gross and net retention, expansion, renewal forecast accuracy, client satisfaction, time to value, platform adoption, service-level performance, escalation trends, team capacity, and employee engagement. I would review these by market and client segment to identify where localized interventions are needed.
I create a disciplined feedback loop that combines client evidence, market opportunity, revenue impact, and operational data. I would prioritize requests with regional Product and Marketing partners, translate them into clear problem statements, and communicate decisions and delivery progress back to client-facing teams and customers.
