Sample interview questions
How have you built new-business pipeline from scratch within an agency-led advertising market?

I segment target agencies by strategic fit, map economic buyers and influencers, and build account plans around their clients' media objectives. I combine warm-network outreach, relevant market insights, and disciplined CRM activity to create qualified opportunities, then review conversion metrics weekly to refine the approach.

Describe a complex programmatic advertising deal you closed with multiple agency stakeholders.

I first aligned agency trading, strategy, investment, and senior commercial stakeholders on the customer's desired outcome. I used discovery to quantify the opportunity, coordinated internal specialists for a tailored solution, addressed measurement and implementation concerns, and maintained a mutual action plan through contract signature.

How would you develop StackAdapt's strategic relationships with Holdco agencies in NSW?

I would begin with a stakeholder map and a clear view of each group's priorities, client mix, and current programmatic challenges. From there, I would establish recurring executive and practitioner engagement, identify pilot opportunities with measurable outcomes, and expand successful initiatives into longer-term commercial partnerships.

What methods do you use to maintain accurate forecasts in a fast-moving sales environment?

I apply clear qualification criteria, validate close dates against buyer actions, document next steps and risks, and inspect pipeline regularly with internal partners. I separate committed, best-case, and early-stage opportunities so leadership has a realistic view of revenue and required pipeline coverage.

How do you use AI tools responsibly to improve your sales effectiveness?

I use AI to accelerate account research, summarize public market signals, prepare meeting hypotheses, and improve follow-up drafts while verifying important facts before use. This reduces administrative effort and gives me more time for high-value discovery, relationship building, and strategic deal work.
