Sample interview questions
I would first assess usage data, stakeholder goals, implementation status, and barriers to adoption. I would then align decision-makers on measurable outcomes, define a phased enablement plan with owners and milestones, and review progress regularly while adjusting based on engagement and results.
I would listen carefully to understand the business impact, acknowledge the concern, and clarify the desired outcome. I would coordinate internally on feasible solutions, communicate a transparent action plan and timeline, and maintain regular follow-up until the stakeholder sees meaningful progress.
I treat expansion as a consequence of demonstrated customer value. By tracking outcomes, adoption maturity, and changing institutional priorities, I can identify relevant growth opportunities without losing focus on solving the customer’s current needs and protecting renewal health.
I would synthesize feedback into clear problem statements supported by customer examples, affected workflows, frequency, and business impact. I would distinguish urgent issues from broader enhancement opportunities and close the loop with customers on decisions and progress.
I prioritize according to renewal risk, customer impact, strategic value, urgency, and the potential to unblock outcomes. I communicate priorities proactively, set realistic expectations, and use CRM and project-management tools to maintain visibility over commitments and next steps.
