Sample interview questions
I review the brief for objectives, target audience, deliverables, channels, owners, approval paths, deadlines, and dependencies. I clarify missing information with requesters before kickoff, then document milestones, responsibilities, risks, and decision points in the project-management system.
I maintain a single view of priorities, capacity, dependencies, and due dates, then regularly assess project health with creative leads and stakeholders. When conflicts emerge, I make trade-offs visible, recommend options based on business impact and effort, and escalate decisions early when needed.
I track milestone completion, schedule variance, blocked work, approval turnaround, scope changes, resource capacity, and unresolved dependencies. I present these signals in concise status updates that identify the issue, impact, owner, decision required, and recommended next step.
I would map the current workflow and identify where briefs, approvals, handoffs, or capacity assumptions create delays. After validating the root causes with the team, I would introduce targeted changes such as clearer intake criteria, defined approval SLAs, standardized templates, or earlier capacity reviews, then measure whether delivery reliability improves.
I establish clear communication cadences, document decisions and next steps, and make project information easy to access. I also adapt updates to stakeholder needs, raise risks early, and create space for quick alignment so distributed partners can act without unnecessary ambiguity.
