Sample interview questions
I would begin by assessing the practice's current workflow, equipment, team roles, and clinical goals. I would then demonstrate the scanner in context, provide guided hands-on practice, observe technique, and tailor coaching to the team's confidence level. Before leaving, I would align on immediate actions, case-submission goals, and a follow-up plan.
I would first understand the source of the concern, such as clinical quality, time pressure, or disruption to existing routines. I would connect the workflow to outcomes that matter to the clinician, use practical examples, and create a low-risk first-use plan. Live support and early wins are important for turning skepticism into confidence.
I would monitor initial adoption signals, gather feedback from the clinical and operational teams, and identify whether blockers are technical, workflow-related, or behavioral. I would prioritize the highest-impact obstacle, coordinate with internal partners when needed, and provide targeted coaching. I would track progress against agreed actions through the first 30 days.
I adjust the level of clinical detail, language, and desired outcome for each audience. Clinicians typically need practical confidence and evidence of clinical value, while managers may focus on workflow efficiency and team adoption. With senior leaders, I communicate concise insights tied to practice performance, risks, and next steps.
I would document recurring questions, workflow friction points, training outcomes, and successful coaching tactics in a consistent format. I would share patterns with enablement, operations, and product teams, then help develop updated playbooks, resources, or onboarding content. I would validate whether those changes improve adoption metrics in subsequent practice cohorts.
