Sample interview questions
How would you identify and prioritize expansion opportunities within an existing enterprise account?

I would review account usage, business objectives, stakeholder feedback, renewal timing, and adoption gaps to identify value opportunities. I would then quantify the potential impact, map decision-makers, validate the use case through discovery, and build a mutual action plan with clear next steps.

Describe how you manage a complex enterprise sales cycle with multiple stakeholders.

I begin by mapping the buying committee, including executive sponsors, users, procurement, legal, and potential blockers. I align each stakeholder to a documented business outcome, maintain a close plan with milestones and owners, and communicate risks early so the internal team can address them before they delay the deal.

How do you approach a renewal conversation when adoption is lower than expected?

I would address the issue directly using usage data and customer feedback, then work with the client and customer success team on a recovery plan. I would focus the renewal discussion on agreed outcomes, measurable adoption improvements, and the support needed to restore value before pursuing expansion.

What information do you include in an accurate enterprise sales forecast?

I include verified customer intent, deal stage evidence, stakeholder alignment, budget status, procurement and legal dependencies, implementation considerations, and next committed actions. I distinguish between pipeline potential and deals with a credible path to close, and I update risks promptly.

How would you communicate H1's value to a C-suite leader at a pharmaceutical or biotech company?

I would lead with the executive's strategic priorities, such as improving healthcare intelligence, accelerating decisions, or strengthening engagement with the right physicians. I would connect H1's data and AI capabilities to measurable business and patient-impact outcomes, supported by a concise, relevant use case rather than a feature-led presentation.
